Advertising Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

No third-party advertising

mexclearing.org does not display third-party advertising of any kind. There are no banner ads, no sponsored placements, no ad networks, and no remarketing scripts on this site. The only thing the website promotes is the office itself — Mex Clearing, a trade-clearing and freight-coordination office at 200 NE 2nd Dr, Homestead, FL 33030, owned by Michael J Marcus.

No sale of data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise trade visitor information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party. Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records, as described in our Privacy Policy. No visitor data is used to build advertising audiences.

How we present our services

The office holds itself to the same standard in its communications as in its operations: precise, dependable, and matter-of-fact. In practice that means:

  • Content on this site describes the services the office actually performs — documentation support, freight coordination, compliance guidance, broker and carrier liaison, and records and reporting.
  • We make no deceptive or unverifiable claims, and we do not overstate what the office does. In particular, Mex Clearing is not a licensed customs broker and does not present itself as one; the office works alongside licensed brokers, not in place of them.
  • We do not publish prices on this site and do not use pricing bait, teaser rates, or misleading offers. Scope and terms are discussed directly, in plain language, when you reach out.
  • There is no undisclosed sponsored content on the site. If content were ever produced in partnership with another party, that relationship would be clearly stated.

External links

The site may link to third-party resources, such as maps or public reference pages, for visitor convenience. Those sites operate under their own policies, and a link does not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

Acceptable outreach

If the office ever contacts businesses about its services, it does so directly and honestly: identifying who we are, what we offer, and how to decline further contact. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages, purchase contact lists, or use pressure tactics. Soft invitations such as "get in touch" or "reach out" are the extent of our marketing tone.

Compliance statement

This site and the office's communications are intended to comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, including Federal Trade Commission guidance on truthful and non-deceptive advertising. If you believe any statement on this site is inaccurate or misleading, please tell us so we can correct it promptly.
