HOMESTEAD, FL — SOUTH FLORIDA CORRIDOR (305) 247-2116
Services

Five lines of work, one corridor.

Every engagement at Mex Clearing is built from the same five disciplines. They can stand alone or run together, depending on how your freight moves. There are no published rates on this site — describe your shipment and the office will respond with a plain conversation about scope.

M-01

Customs documentation support

Commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, arrival notices, delivery orders, and release paperwork — prepared, checked field by field, and organized before they reach a terminal desk or a broker's queue. Documents are verified against booking and invoice data so mismatches are caught in the office, not at the gate.

For recurring shippers, the office maintains templates and checklists so every departure starts from a known-good baseline.

M-02

Freight & shipment coordination

Drayage off the dock, transload appointments, rail ramp transfers, and inland door moves — scheduled and tracked as one timeline instead of four separate phone calls. The office confirms container availability, aligns cut-offs with vessel and train schedules, and re-books quickly when weather or congestion changes the plan.

Coordination covers PortMiami, Miami Intermodal, the Homestead agricultural lane, and I-95 and Turnpike inland routes.

M-03

Trade compliance guidance

Practical, matter-of-fact guidance on documentation requirements, record retention, and the agency expectations that shape day-to-day trade. The office keeps current checklists so your team knows what a shipment needs before it sails — and flags issues early enough to fix them cheaply.

Guidance is always delivered in coordination with the licensed customs broker responsible for your filings, never as a substitute for one.

M-04

Broker & carrier liaison

Mex Clearing acts as the working link between your team, your licensed customs broker, and your carriers. Requests are gathered, clarified, and delivered once; answers come back the same way. Fewer forwarded email chains, fewer repeated questions, and decisions made with everyone looking at the same facts.

The office is happy to work with the brokers and carriers you already use.

M-05

Records & reporting

Every shipment gets a clean file: documents, milestones, exceptions, and close-out notes, kept in consistent order. Status reports go out on the schedule you choose, and historical files stay retrievable for audits, reviews, or a simple question about what happened six months ago.

Good records are the cheapest insurance in trade — the office treats them that way.

A note on brokers: Mex Clearing works alongside licensed customs brokers, not in place of them. Any filing that law requires a licensed customs broker to make is made by one — the office coordinates around them.
